It is understood that by confirming the order, I confirm the following points:

I have checked my basket, and I confirm that the products included in the basket, and the quantities correspond to my order.

The products remain the property of Concept Danat Inc. until final payment.

Discount coupons can only be used on items at the basic retail price. In the event that by mistake a discount coupon is used to pay for an order at discounted prices, or volume prices that may be displayed, the discount will not be applicable. the discount coupons will be canceled at the time of processing the order.

Discount coupons with free shipping fee are only eligible for the provinces of Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick. Certain remote regions of Quebec and Ontario are not eligible for free shipping fee. If a discount coupon was used to place an order and have it delivered to an excluded region, we will contact you to verify whether you wish to receive the order by paying for the freight, or whether you prefer to cancel this order.

It is understood that a discount coupon or accumulated points have no cash value.

I hereby agree that discount coupons are not eligible for customers with a negotiated price. So I agree not to use a discount coupon.

Sales prices cannot be less than the display retail price, which is the base price for a single item, less the coupon discount.

When I use a discount coupon with free transport, the time to process the order could be between 1 and 5 working days depending on the case.

If a product becomes unavailable by mistake, you will have the option of waiting for re-inventory, or we can refund you, if the delay does not suit you.

It is understood that all hand sanitizer gel products, as well as procedural masks, or other types of masks are not returnable. As we care about the health of all our customers, we make sure to deliver new, quality products.
